Does the Clickfree duplicate files when used Multiple Times

The Clickfree knows if a picture or video has been backed up previously and DOES NOT duplicate/resave the same image a second time. Likewise, if you end a complete backup before it finishes, the Clickfree also knows this and will pick up from where it left off

Can you pick and choose what pictures to Backup?

A common question pertains to backing up Can you pick and choose what to back up, or does it just copy everything? I have more pics than will fit on this, so I want to select what I back up. ClickFree Backup says I don’t have enough space on my iPhone/iPad

Have you received an error message saying there is not enough space on your iPhone or iPad to backup your files? First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience. Your photos could be stored in iCloud. If so, the ClickFree needs to temporarily download them to your internal storage first. If you receive this message, you might not have enough room on your iPhone to fit all your pictures or videos. Can you view Clickfree backed up images on a PC

Yes! You can view the images and videos from your Clickfree device using your cell phone or from your PC/Windows or Mac computer.

Can you save photos that are on your laptop

Yes!!! Yes, you can protect precious memories that are on your PC/Windows or Mac computer as well as from your Phone with the Clickfree! Clickfree includes an easy to use PC/Windows application to backup your photos and videos. Also, you can choose to copy images directly from your computer to the Clickfee using FIle Explorer for PC/Windows or File for the MAC!

What happens if images are updated after they are backed up to the Clickfree

If an image or video is updated, the Clickfree will update the image/video backed up on the Clickfree. You will not have multiple versions of the same image/video on the Clickfree.

Does Clickfree delete files

No. Clickfree does not delete images or videos automatically as it processes them for backup. The Clickfree Development team specifically made the decision to force the user to decide what pictures they want to delete.

Does Clickfree work on Laptops

Yes, You can use your Clickfree on your PC/Windows or MAC computer as well as most Android phones and iPhones and iPads.

Does Clickfree save or download email

No. Clickfree natively does not back up or save email. However, if you wish to use Clickfree to backup your mailbox, you can easily do this by using File Explorer on a PC/Windows, or Files on a MAC to copy the Mailbox file from your computer to your Clickfree.

Does Clickfree backup documents

At this time, Clickfree is an excellent tool to back photos, videos, and contacts from your Android, Apple iPhones and iPads, PCs and Macs. It does not currently backup documents. However, we have submitted this to the development team for consideration into future revisions However, if you wish to use Clickfree to backup documents from your computer, you can easily do this by using File Explorer on a PC/Windows, or Files on a MAC to copy the document file(s) from your computer to your Click...
