How to restore it to its original size and functionality/ how to reformat the device?
How to Format the Datalogixx device.
Before performing these steps, please note: once you Format the triple play/click-free device, the files that were backed up before will be permanently deleted. If there are photos saved on the backup device, we suggest transferring them first to your PC/Computer or saving them to your USB or flash drive before performing this method.
For Androids:
- Open the Clickfree app
-Tap the Three Horizontal Line on the upper left corner of your screen
-Tap "Erase Device"
-Tap Yes
For IOS:
- Open the MO Disk app
-Tap the Three Horizontal Line on the upper left corner of your screen
-Tap "Format"
-Tap External Storage (FAT32), then Tap "Format" at the bottom of the page
- Tap "OK"
