Datalogixx says OUT OF DISK SPACE / I don’t have enough space on my iPhone/iPad

Have you received an error message saying there is not enough space on your iPhone or iPad to backup your files? ERROR: out of disk space/ "not enough space"

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience. Your photos could be stored in iCloud.  If so, the Datalogixx needs to temporarily download them to your internal storage first. If you receive this message, you might not have enough room on your iPhone to fit all your pictures or videos. Once the photos or videos are backed up, the temporary files will be cleared from your phone’s local storage (they still remain in your iCloud), but some versions of iOS handle this better than others.

Nevertheless, there are a couple of ways to make a bit more free space on your iPhone. Please take a look at the following steps:

  1. Please go to the ‘Search Options’ in the Datalogixx on your phone, disable ‘Video Backup’ feature for now. Try to perform only pictures backup one more time.

  2. Empty the Recently Deleted album in Photos app on your iPhone.

  3. Reboot your phone and wait for a good 10-15 minutes before launching the app.

  4. Last but not least, you can temporarily uninstall the app that uses the most storage on your phone and that you use the least. To see what’s taking up all your storage space, open the Settings app, tap ‘General’, then tap ‘Storage&iCloud Usage’. Then select ‘Manage Storage’ option. There, you’ll get an overview of how much storage space you have used and how much you have available, and you’ll get a list of how much space each app uses for the app and associated data. You can then reinstall the app if you want to after the backup has been completed.

If this does not work, then you can use RUFUS.
