It might be that we can fix the issue with some important information so you can check on how to fix and use this product perfectly.
 

We recommend you to follow the basic troubleshooting steps below. 

 

here’s a step-by-step guide for troubleshooting Clickfree for iOS:

  • Enable USB Accessories: For most iOS devices, USB peripherals may not function correctly unless the USB Accessories setting is enabled. Here’s how you can do it:

    • Go to your iPhone Settings > Face/Touch ID & Passcode > USB Accessories or Accessories > turn the toggle on (green).
  •  For New models of iPhone and iPad, look for FACE ID and Passcode, Then ACCESSORIES 

                        

 

  •  For Old models of iPhone and iPad, look for TOUCH ID and Passcode, Then ACCESSORIES 

                       

 


 

  • Check App Permissions: Make sure all options are allowed. Here’s how you can do it:

    • Go to your iPhone Settings > Scroll down and look for ClickfreePlus App > Make sure all options are allowed.

                              

 


After doing the steps above, please plug the Clickfree back into your phone and try to back up or use other features. If it still doesn’t work, please try the steps below:

 

  1. Remove and Reinsert the SD Card: Do not plug the Clickfree yet. Remove and reinsert the SD Card located at the USB Tip. 

           

  1. Check Phone Case: Please ensure you do not have any thick-protective case or cover over your phone to make sure that the backup device is properly plugged in. We would also suggest that you clean the tip of the Clickfree device with a tissue before plugging it in.

  2. Reinstall the Clickfree App: Please uninstall and reinstall the Clickfree App. While reinstalling please make sure you give the permissions for the app to access Media and contacts.

  3. Restart Your Phone: Please restart your phone.

  4. Try Backup Again: After that, plug in the Clickfree back into your phone and try to back up by tapping the Backup Photos/Videos Option.
