"Reset/Format" your memori will delete/remove all the data currently backed up to your memori device.
You can Format your memori device using your memori app.
**NOTE: Formatting your device will be permanently deleted. If there are photos saved on the backup device, we suggest transferring them first to your PC/Computer or saving them to your USB or flash drive before Formatting your device.
1. Plug the memori device into your Phone.
2. wait for the memori App to Launch.
3. Tap Settings Menu, (the gear icon on the bottom right Corner)
4. On the Settings Menu, Tap HELP.
5. Tap Advance options.
6. Three options will show up:
- Clone Backup
- Alternate File Picker
- Reset.
- Tap RESET.
7. Prompt message "Are you sure you want to remove/delete all the data?"
--Tap YES.
8. It will show the Format/Reset is in progress and prompt you when your memori device has successfully been Formatted
