memori. Troubleshooting steps for iOS
We may need a bit more information which will better help us to get your memori working as expected.
We recommend you follow the basic troubleshooting steps below.
-
Enable USB Accessories: For most iOS devices, USB peripherals may not function correctly unless the USB Accessories setting is enabled. Here’s how you can do it:
- Go to your iPhone Settings > Face/Touch ID & Passcode > USB Accessories or Accessories > turn the toggle on (green).
- For New models of iPhone and iPad, look for FACE ID and Passcode, Then ACCESSORIES
For older iPhone/iPad models , look for FACE ID and Passcode, Then ACCESSORIES
Check app permissions for memori on iOS:
- Tap on your phone Settings icon
- Scroll down and tap on the memori Plus app. This will open the settings specific to the memori app.
- Here, you can verify the permissions granted to the app. You should see a list of permissions such as Contacts, Photos, etc.
- Tap on each permission to see more details. If the permission is enabled, the toggle switch next to it will be green.
Note: Remember, the Setting should look similar to the above image. You may need to adjust the permissions accordingly.
