Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to copy photos and videos from your Clickfree backup device to your Android phone:
- Plug in the Clickfree into your Android phone. For most Android phones, the Clickfree app will automatically open. If not, you may need to manually open the Clickfree app.
- Go to “View Backup Storage” in the Clickfree app.
- Select the Backup folder where the photos or videos you want to copy are saved.
- Select the photos/videos by tapping the small box on the right-hand side of each item. A blue checkmark will appear, indicating that the item has been selected.
- Tap “Copy to” at the bottom of your screen.
- Choose “Phone” to save the selected items to your phone.
- Select the folder on your phone where you want to save the photos/videos.
- Once you have selected the folder, a prompt will appear asking, “Copy Files: Are you sure you want to copy files to this directory?” Tap “OK”.
- A prompt showing “Copying file” will appear.
- Finally, a message will show that the files have been File copied successfully.
